Randy Hawkins brings over 26 years of experience to his role as Managing Partner of Hawkins Technologies. He is responsible for day-to-day operations of the firm, as well as technical consulting and support for corporate and residential customers. Randy is also heavily involved in bringing new business to the firm.
Randy’s background includes bringing PC technology to CIGNA insurance during the early 1980s, and was the head of technical support for a major “corporate oriented” computer store until 1991. Since 1991 Randy has continued to supply quality technical consulting services as an independent consultant.

Lisa Hawkins, with over 23 years relevant experience in the computer field, is a founding partner of Hawkins Technologies. Lisa handles back-office operations for Hawkins Technologies, including billing, client/vendor communications and equipment procurement. Lisa’s management and customer skills, in addition to her technical background, make her an ideal addition to the Hawkins Technologies family.
Lisa previously worked as a technology support specialist with Randy in the mid-80s, where they originally met. She was the head of Information Systems for Mediq, Inc., and held various lead technical and management positions in Towers Perrin until 2002.

Ed Friess brings an excellent technical and customer-relationship background to Hawkins Technologies. Having previously worked for Lisa Hawkins at Towers Perrin, Ed comes onboard knowing the level of excellence that our clients demand. Ed's background includes high-level PC and server troubleshooting, as well as project management and coordinating.
